Return Policy

At Adada, we will do our utmost to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. We give you 14 days from the date of shipment to return or exchange a product that does not meet your expectations. Returns from the US are free.

How do I return?

When you receive your order, please keep the paperwork that came with it in case you need to return or exchange an item. Also, keep any emails you receive regarding your order as they may contain important information.A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all returns. You can easily request an RMA by emailing info@adada.fr. Please include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return so that we can issue an RMA for you. Please also include a phone number where we can reach you if necessary. Returns can only be requested within 14 days of the product shipment date. Your order must be returned to the Adada US address provided on the RMA to receive a full product credit. Returned items must be in their original packaging and in new condition or they will be refused and returned to you. Items will be accepted for return within 14 days of receipt. Some Outlet items may not be eligible for return.

Damaged or defective product returns

Damaged goods are items that have been damaged in transit. If a shipment arrives at your door with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted the shipment and find that it is damaged in transit, please contact Adada immediately by email at info@adada.fr and include a phone number where we can reach you.If you receive damaged goods, please save all packaging and documentation. If you attempt to return the product yourself, we may not be able to make a claim against the carrier and you may not receive credit for the return. If your order is defective, please contact Adada's customer service by email at info@adada.fr and include a phone number where we can reach you.

Order questions or changes

If you have recently placed an order on the adadastore.com website and need information about it or would like to change it, please contact us by email at info@adada.fr and include a phone number where we can reach you. Since we begin processing your order as soon as we receive it, it may not be possible to make changes to your order.
